Hey Erica! Good to hear from you, yeah it's definitely an adventure so far. And, I'm not sure if I'll get homesick here. My last job sort of prepared me for not having a home, but culture shock/exhaustion, now that's a different story...It's been a huuge challenge so far not knowing the language and not being accustomed to the culture and it'll take some true endurance and solidarity to get through it. Anyways, the sushi is great, I live in a coastal fishing town so it's immaculate actually and, marc must have said "yakisoba." It's a thin noodle dish...and freakin delicious, it was my favorite Japanese dish in the states but I haven't had it here yet. Thanks for droppin a line. I hope all is well. God bless
